Chat Rules

Overview

The community chat is available to all players, accessible via the chat bubble in the bottom left of your screen. It is a well moderated friendly single server chat open to players all around the world. The chat is designed to be a welcoming place people can go to relax from real life and chat with other players, make new friends or find help for any game related problems they may have.

With that being said chat is also designed to be child friendly as much as possible so some rules are in place to protect all players, these can be found listed below. The general consensus however is to use common sense and remain family friendly!

Rules

• First and foremost, remember to have fun and keep a positive attitude.
• Mute and move on- In the event of someone being disruptive please mute the offender and allow the moderators to handle the issue accordingly.
• Foul language is not permitted.
• Bullying, harassment or hate of any form is not tolerated.
• Please do not use chat to complain about things. People come to chat to relax and often escape their reality. Leave your baggage at the door and help us keep a safe place!
• Controversial topics such as blood sport, religion and politics are not permitted.
• No inappropriate behaviour, this is a horse game. Any dating or sexual topics will *not* be tolerated in any way.
• Do *NOT* ask players for personal information. In order to protect players of all ages this is prohibited any questions pertaining to real life personal private info such as real name, address, location etc is not allowed. Online safety is paramount.
• Discussing and advertising other games, specifically horse based games, or those of a similar nature is not allowed.
• Begging. We have a low tolerance for players who beg or try to guilt others into action. Everyone has worked hard to acquire what they have, a little bit of hard work will pay off we promise!
• Chat Spam. Please limit any advertisements to every 5 minutes, however in the event chat is busy you may advertise once per chat page. Spamming of random letters, numbers, say ABC, 123 etc is also not allowed. This is to ensure the chat is comfortably flowing in conversation.
• Please do not post any outside links into the chat.
• Any attempts to intentionally steal from the game via poor attempts to hack or cheat the system will absolutely not be tolerated, if you find an issue you think can be exploited please contact a moderator or developer do not inform other players.

We strive to keep the chat environment as safe and positive as we can. In the event people do break these rules, are intentionally disruptive or deemed unsafe for the chat we, at our discretion will remove their chat ability.
